We are looking for an experienced Process Operator (CRO) with an excellent project management, commissioning, start-up and technical understanding to provide support initially to our Project Midia Gas Development (MGD) and continue during Operational phase.

Role scope

Provide support and advice to the Construction & Commissioning, Reservoir Engineering and Drilling/Well Ops departments during the project execution and start-up phase
Maintain the operation of equipment and installations within operating limits by monitoring and periodically verifying them.

Activities:

Operates / supervises the installation to ensure that the operational / process parameters are within safe operating limits
Adjusts the process parameters (temp, flow, pressure, level, etc.) on the entire installation according to the approved procedures
Performs regular checks and keeps records of important parameters for Offshore and Onshore equipment and installations by monitoring and periodically checking them according to approved work procedures.Start and stop the installation according to the approved procedures
Report any identify defects and take steps to reduce the risk
Maintains cleanliness and order throughout the installation
Supervises and executes, as appropriate, the loading and unloading of dangerous substances according to approved safety procedures
Request the intervention of the maintenance team whenever they identify a deviation from normal operation
Participates in training programs and maintains required certifications.

Experience & Qualifications

Technical studies in the field of oil and natural gas extraction and processing
Minimum 5 years experience in oil and natural gas installations
RSVTI certification (pressure vessels , lifting installations) – is a plus
Basic knowledge in the use of tools and materials, their correct, efficient and safe use
Knowledge of the Technical Norms regarding the design and execution of the upstream supply and natural gas transmission pipelines
Experience in installation, troubleshooting, inspection and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
Ability to work collaboratively with multifunctional teams
Valid BOSIET certification is a plus
Knowledge of English
Intermediate PC operating knowledge: Word, Excel
Experience on offshore transfer from ship to platform

Terms and conditions:

Location: Vadu/Constanta and short-term Offshore assignments – Romania
Temporary role: 1 year
